After you purchase our files, an email will be sent to the email that was used in your PayPal. The email will contain links that will allow you up to 4 times to download using that link.
If you don't get the email...
1. Check your Spam Folder. The email is going to come from ScrappyDew.com with the Subjec tline: INVOICE ##

By going there it is also great if you lost or can't find you purchases.

How do I UnZip your files?
All the files from our website come in .zipped files. That allows us to include all the different file types to be included all in one download and also takes much less time for you when downloading. You will need to UNZIP the files before using them.
To do this in Windows XP, right click on the zipped folder and select "Extract all..." and follow the instructions in the windows.

Yes, email us your idea and we can see what we can do.
I bought SCAL from your website, how long does it take for you to send us the starter pack files?
It could take up to 24 hours. You will get an email from ScrappyDew once you use our contact page to let us know that you bought SCAL from us. We will then confirm that you made your order, make sure you give us your order number.
Once your submit your information make sure you get an email from us right away (that way you can ensure our email address isn't being flagged as SPAM).

I'm trying to trace a an image like you did in on of your videos. It's not working right.
Well sometimes it may be better to use another method of trace. Like always there are several ways to get to the same ending point. I will refer you to a great reference http://cleversomeday.wordpress.com/images-to-svg/ It's a great guide that will help you decide on what method is right for you.
Do you take tutorial requests?
Yes! Send them though our Contact page and fill in all the information.
What program do you use to record your Tutorials?
The program is called ScreenFlow. It's a Mac only program, and works wonders. There is a program that will get you almost the same results on the PC. The program name for that is Camtasia

I like your website! What hosting provider do you use?
We use Lunarpages, they are great provider giving us unlimited bandwidth and storage space. We pay around 56 dollars (to included domain registration) a year for this service and we're very happy with them. Their basic hosting plan in our opinion beats out the competition. They give many extras!
Do you work for craftedge?
No. We are big fans of craftedge and that is why we make our pattern files that are compatible with their program. Sometimes we get emails from future/current SCAL users and they think we work for them. But that is not the case.
Occasionally we get email as if we are tech support because they bought SCAL though our website. Small things like asking help on installing we can direct you where to go. However all tech and purchase problems with software should be directed towards craftedge.com.
